Kat Lock

Kat Lock is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles at Virgin since October 2019, including Head of Finance, Loyalty & Royalty, Head of Group Financial Control & Reporting, and Group Financial Controller. Prior to Virgin, Kat served as a Senior Manager at KPMG Switzerland and KPMG UK, where expertise was gained in auditing listed clients in fashion retail, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries, along with international audit experience. Early career experience includes a brief role at Grant Thornton LLP as a Work Experience Student and a supervisory position at WHSmith, where responsibilities included managing store performance and cash flow. Kat holds a 2:1 BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
