Attorney Luis A. Virguez has dedicated his career to helping others in all aspects of immigration proceedings and personal injury. With over 12 years of experience, he has successfully represented thousands of people across the country and in numerous jurisdictions.

This year, Virguez Law will celebrate their 5th anniversary since its founding in Duluth, Ga., by Attorney Virguez. Virguez Law is one of the fastest-growing bilingual and multi-cultural firms in Metro Atlanta. Their success results from a profound desire to protect individuals by providing an honest and personalized representation with the knowledge that two cases are never identical. The VL team has created a bridge to the American dream for hundreds of families to stay together through some of the most current and challenging immigration scenarios, including removal proceedings and deportation defense, naturalization or citizenship, humanitarian visas, and non-immigrant visas (temporary visas).

Virguez Law has been able to recover millions of dollars for injured clients in car and trucking accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and worker’s compensation cases. These achievements have helped Attorney Virguez be a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum and the Million Dollar Advocate Forum and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Additionally, the firm contributes expert insights on the impact of legislation on local Atlanta media outlets such as TV, Radio, Newspapers, and Social Media to educate and empower the general public and has served on several non-profit organization boards. Attorney Luis Virguez is part of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and regularly speaks in community outreach events, universities, law schools, and continuing education classes for practicing attorneys.
