Andrew Wands is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in horticulture and landscape management. Currently, Andrew serves as the Operations Manager at Viritopia since August 2019, building upon a comprehensive career that includes roles such as Horticultural Manager and Maintenance Manager at Junglefy Pty Ltd from April 2013 to February 2019. Andrew has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams, ensured client satisfaction and project profitability, and developed processes across various horticultural projects, including the renowned One Central Park Sydney. Prior experience includes positions at Colchester Borough Council and Acer Landscapes, where Andrew honed skills in management, estimation, and project execution, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Landscape and Amenity Management from Writtle University College.
