Prior to this, Scott held the position of Sales Director at Planteria Group from June 1997 to September 2010, where significant contributions to sales strategies were made. Scott's educational background includes a certification in NVQ Phase 1-3 Horticultural from Capel Manor College, completed between 1995 and 1997.
