Bob Violette

Bob Violette has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Bob began their career in 1999 as the Technical Manager Internal Computing Help Desk at America Online LLC. In 2001, they moved to AOL as a Program Director and Senior Project Manager. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Owner of BVIT Services, where they provided onsite and remote services necessary for clients to utilize Professional/Personal needs. From 2011 to 2017, they were at VirPack as the IT Manager and Customer Support Team Manager. Bob is currently employed at The Advisory Board Company as a Sr Noc Analyst.

Bob Violette is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Strayer University-Maryland, and has previously attended Northern Virginia Community College. Bob has also obtained various certificates of continuing education. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from CompTIA, EC-Council, and Microsoft, including CompTIA Security+ ce (July 2016), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH, June 2016), Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
