Robin Goody

Robin Goody has extensive work experience in the field of translational science and study direction, particularly in ophthalmology, CNS, inflammation, metabolic disease, PK/PD, and virology. They have worked as a Chief Technology Officer at Virscio since June 2015, overseeing U.S. operations. Prior to this role, Robin worked at Virscio as the Director of Research & Operations from October 2011 to June 2015, and as a Senior Research Scientist from October 2008 to October 2011. They also worked as a Research Scientist at Virscio from April 2008 to October 2008.

Before joining Virscio, Robin worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center from December 2002 to March 2008. They also worked as a Postdoctoral scholar at the University of Kentucky from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Robin gained early work experience as a Bioanalyst at Pfizer, where they had a one-year academic training year placement from 1994 to 1995.

Robin Goody completed a PhD in Pharmacology at the University of Surrey from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Surrey between 1992 and 1996.
