Adan Rios

Adan Rios is a health and wellness professional currently working on the Clinical Team at Virta Health since February 2018, contributing to the mission of curing complex chronic diseases through innovative therapies. Prior experience includes serving as a Health and Wellness Coach at Adan Rios Health Coach and working as a Nutrition Educator with the University of California Cooperative Extension, where Adan engaged low-income families in nutrition education. Additionally, Adan held the position of Nutrition Coordinator at the Youth Policy Institute, overseeing programs that provided access to fresh produce for low-income families. Adan was also involved in community engagement initiatives with SBCC - First 5 LA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education from California State University, Northridge, a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Southern California.
