Aimee Huffman

Aimee Huffman is a versatile health coach and yoga therapist with extensive experience in various sectors, including corporate wellness and education. Currently serving as a Health Coach at Virta Health, Aimee focuses on reversing type 2 diabetes through innovative approaches. Since August 2018, Aimee has also operated an independent coaching practice aimed at enhancing physical strength, mental fitness, and emotional intelligence among corporate leaders and athletes. Aimee's previous roles include Faculty Lecturer at The Holdsworth Center, Yoga Facilitator at Miraval Resorts & Spas, and various positions in project management and sales across companies like TrendKite and Concierge Auctions. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa and is a certified yoga therapist from the Practice School of Yoga Therapy.
