Alice Smith

Alice Smith is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach currently employed at Virta Health since November 2023, after previously serving as a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer at Dr. Tro's Medical Weight Loss & Direct Primary Care from November 2022 to November 2023. Alice's experience includes working at Noom Inc. from November 2018 to January 2023 as a Health Coach and Project Leader, where expertise in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) was applied to support clients through a virtual platform. Prior roles feature a Strength and Conditioning Coach position at Adrenaline Sports and Fitness and an internship as the head strength and conditioning coach at Spartan Performance, focusing on athlete development. Alice also has experience in photography, serving as Photo Editor and Chief Photographer for The State News, during which skills in organization and event coverage were honed.
