Brandon Dillon

Brandon Dillon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Brandon currently holds the position of Design Director, Brand & Design Systems at Virta Health since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager, UX and Design Systems at the same company from November 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Virta Health, Brandon Dillon owned and operated their own business, Brandon Dillon Creative, starting in March 2014. Brandon also worked as a Product Design Manager, UI & Design Systems at Blue Shield of California from September 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at Blue Shield of California, including Senior Product Designer, Senior Digital Art Director, and Digital Art Director. Brandon Dillon also worked as a Graphic Designer at Rakuten Marketing from October 2014 to June 2016 and a Marketing Communications Designer at Rakuten LinkShare from November 2012 to November 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at California Royalty, Inc. from December 2011 to November 2012. Earlier in their career, they held internships at Hobbs/Herder Advertising and Innovate Media in 2011 and 2010, respectively.

Brandon Dillon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Spanish from California State University, Fullerton, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011.
