Diego Ize-Ludlow

Diego Ize-Ludlow is a seasoned healthcare leader currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Transformation at Virta Health since November 2024. Previously, Diego held the position of Chief Health Information Officer at Intermountain Healthcare from April 2016 to June 2024, where responsibilities included building a high-performing team, establishing a Dyad Leadership model, and leading EHR implementation across a diverse health system. Diego also contributed to the Advanced Training Program in Health Care Delivery Improvement, educating healthcare leaders on technology use. Prior roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago spanned from Chief of the Section of Pediatric Endocrinology to Associate Medical Director, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and patient care.
