Eric Paxton is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Virta Health and previously holding the same title at Hinge Health, Eric has also progressed through roles such as Senior Software Engineering Manager. Eric's background includes significant positions at ThinkShout, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Software Development to Engineering Manager and Software Developer. Additionally, Eric co-founded CMDSense and held a dual role as UX Designer and Developer at NIC Inc. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Central Arkansas, Eric combines technical expertise with a diverse educational foundation.
