Leah Heil

Leah Heil, LCSW, is an experienced health coach currently employed at Virta Health since May 2023. Prior to this role, Leah served as a health coach at Noom Inc. from November 2019 to May 2023 and as an EAP/Behavioral Health Consultant I at Anthem, Inc. from February 2019 to October 2019, where responsibilities included connecting members with mental health resources and providing crisis intervention. Previously, Leah worked as a Case Manager II and Coverage Therapist at Eating Recovery Center, facilitating patient care coordination and conducting therapy sessions using various therapeutic approaches. Earlier experience includes a Mental Health Counselor role at Centennial Peaks Hospital LLC and internships at Turning Point Mental Health Services and Warren Village First Step. Leah Heil holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
