Michael Medlin Lba

Michael Medlin LBA, NBC-HWC, currently serves as Health Coach Manager at Virta Health since January 2024. Previously, Michael worked as a Professor at Florida Southern College, teaching Developmental Psychology from a behavior analytic perspective. With extensive experience at Noom Inc. as a Mental Health Division Manager, Michael managed both the Healthy Weight and Healthy Minds Divisions. Michael's expertise includes performance and behavior consulting at Actions Transform, LLC, where principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy were implemented. Additionally, Michael co-hosted "The Action Hour" on Beasley Media Group and provided therapeutic services as a Behavior Analyst for children with Autism and learning disabilities. Michael's educational background includes a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida and a Post Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
