Simon Hayhurst

Simon Hayhurst has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a SVP Product at Rocket Fuel Inc., where they successfully transformed the company from an ad network to a SaaS business. Simon then joined Facebook as a Product Management Director, where they focused on helping advertisers make the most of the platform. After that, they became the Chief Product Officer at Ceres Imaging, where they helped farmers optimize their use of resources. Simon later joined Kaia Health as their Chief Product Officer, where they grew the company's ARR by 300% and improved growth marketing and product execution. Simon has also held advisory and mentorship roles at various companies, including Virta Health, Team Ignite Ventures, GSVlabs, Magnet Media Inc., and Viewst.

Simon Hayhurst has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics & Information Sciences) from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992. Simon also holds an MBA in Business from The Wharton School, which they earned between 2004 and 2006.
