Amani Hamed

Amani Hamed is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in cloud engineering, network engineering, and IT consulting. They started their career in 2005 as an IT Consultant at Galaxy International, where they worked until 2008. In 2010, they became a Network Engineer at Emamco, holding the position until 2015. Amani then joined Canadian Cloud Solutions in 2020 as a Cloud Engineer, where they were responsible for planning and implementing AWS cloud infrastructures, optimizing costs through instance reservation and monitoring, automating application migrations to AWS, and managing CI/CD using Kubernetes and ArgoCD. Currently, Amani works as a DevOps Engineer at Virtasant starting in October 2022.

Amani Hamed has a diverse education history. In 1998, they enrolled at the University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering. Amani completed their undergraduate studies in 2004.

Most recently, in January 2022, they obtained the DevOps with AWS certification from LinkedIn.
