Melisa Prolaz

Melisa Prolaz has held a variety of roles in the marketing and digital media industry since 2011. In 2020, they became the Head of Marketing at Virtasant, a leading provider of cloud, product development, and outsourcing services. Prior to that, they were with UniCredit Bank Bosna i Hercegovina, where they grew from a junior to a marketing team lead and managed the team for three years. Melisa also held the role of President (NGO) at Initiative Group Alpbach in Sarajevo (IGAS), where they were responsible for team management, overseeing and planning the activities of the organisation, external communication (public relations), execution of communication strategies, project management, and organisation and facilitation of events and workshops.

Melisa Prolaz has a comprehensive education history. Melisa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance Management from The School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo between 2005 and 2008. Melisa then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Banking and Insurance from the same institution between 2008 and 2011. In 2016, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
