Serdar TANIL

Serdar Tanil has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Serdar is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer - Technical Lead at Virtasant since February 2021. Previously, they served as a Product Chief Architect at Aurea Software from April 2018 to February 2021, where they had responsibilities including full-stack development and architecture of the Mobilogy Platform. Before that, they worked at İnnova Bilişim from January 2014 to March 2018 in various roles such as Solution Architect and Technical Team Lead. During this time, they were involved in the design, development, and team management of several projects, including the OIM project for Turk Telekom and the SLA project for service-level-agreement management. Serdar has also worked at Bisay Information Technologies as a Project Lead & Co-founder from October 2005 to March 2007, and as a Software Engineer from July 2002 to June 2003. Serdar started their career as a Software Engineer at HAVELSAN from May 2003 to October 2005, where they participated in the software development phases of the UYAP 2. C project for the Ministry of Justice's Automation of Enforcement Offices.

Serdar TANIL obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) between 1997 and 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medical Informatics at METU from 2005 to 2009.
