Dmitry P. has worked in the field of user interface design since 2012. Dmitry began their career at Yandex as a Senior User Interface Designer, where they solved workflow problems in high intensity environments and created a library of usability patterns for the entire usability team. In 2013, they moved to Farfetch as a Senior User Interface Designer, where they designed and developed user-centered interfaces and designed custom email templates for monthly newsletters and marketing emails. In 2015, they joined PadMapper as a Lead User Interface Designer, where they created design guidelines to facilitate development of future versions of the app. In 2016, they moved to HackPack.Press as a Lead User Interface Designer, where they prototyped visual design concepts, designed icons, and provided solutions for a new navigation system. In 2017, they joined КОРУС Консалтинг as Head of Design Department, where they collaborated with product owners to define prioritization and vision. Finally, in 2018, they joined Virto Commerce as a Lead User Interface Designer, where they collaborated with data scientists, developers, and product managers to create optimal user experiences for multiple platforms.
Dmitry P. began their education in 2004 when they attended Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informational Business on Promising Projects. In 2009, they enrolled in Harvard Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2011. During their time at Harvard Business School, Dmitry P. also obtained two additional certifications, a Management Development certification from HBS and a General Manager Programm certification.
