Walter Boss

Walter Boss is an Engineering Manager and Leader at VirTra, where they oversee hardware engineering for global training solutions. They previously served as a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Signode, where they led a multidisciplinary team and contributed to seven patents while implementing significant lean production transformations. Walter began their career as an Engineering Supervisor at Dorma before becoming a Principal Engineer at Entropy Radiator and Engineered Cooling Products, focusing on high-quality cooling solutions for performance vehicles. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and two Associate of Science degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Southern Illinois University and the College of Lake County.
