Becca Griffith

Becca Griffith is a Senior Federal Recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in Arlington, VA. Currently employed at Virtru since 2025, Becca excels in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with various security clearances. Previously, Becca worked as a Professional Recruiter and Recruiter at Insight Global, completing recruitment life cycles and collaborating with hiring managers.
