Emlyn Stokes

Emlyn Stokes has a diverse work experience history. They started their career in 2000 as a Lead Web Developer at DELCI, Corp., where they developed skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, SQL, and more. From 2005 to 2007, Emlyn worked as a Paleoclimate Research Lab Assistant at UC Santa Cruz. They also served as a Wetland Protection Intern at Rimmer Environmental Consulting, LLC in 2005, where they conducted wetland delineations and monitored construction projects. Emlyn worked as an Event Support at Sally Ride Science from 2002 to 2010. They were a freelancer web developer from 2011 to 2016, managing sporting tournament websites and creating an independent journalism news website. Emlyn joined EIS, Inc. as a Project Geologist from 2007 to 2016, where they handled project management, environmental investigations, and report writing. Currently, Emlyn is working as a DevOps Engineer and SRE Team Lead at Virtru, supporting their e-mail encryption, digital privacy, and data security suite of SaaS applications.

Emlyn Stokes attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Geology / Earth Science. Prior to that, they attended Mt. San Antonio College from 2004 to 2005 and the University of Maine from 2003 to 2004, both without specifying a degree or field of study.
