Marc Gonthier

Marc Gonthier has extensive work experience in customer success management, professional services, and consulting. Marc'smost recent position is as the Senior Director of Customer Success Management at Virtru, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP EMEA & US Professional Services & Customer Success at Neocase from July 2020 to June 2021. Before that, from December 2018 to July 2020, they were the Head of Deployment (PS), Customer Success and Support EMEA and JAPAC at LumApps. Marc also held leadership positions at saegus as the Head of Pre-sales & Customer Success from December 2014 to November 2018. Marc further served as the Manager of Change Management, Transformation, and HR Consulting at CGI Business Consulting from September 2013 to October 2014, and as the Manager of Management Consulting - Change, HR & Performance Management at Sopra Steria Consulting from May 2011 to September 2013. Marc's earlier experience includes positions at Altran, Fortuneo, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, and Eurogroup Consulting, where they specialized in various aspects of HR, change management, and transformation.

Marc Gonthier holds a Master's degree in Management from HEC Liège and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Liège.
