Mike Patterson

Mike Patterson has extensive work experience in accounting and finance roles. Mike most recently served as the Vice President of Accounting at Virtru starting in April 2023. Before that, they worked at dotCMS as the Controller and Director of Finance from September 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Controller - Assignment at StevenDouglas from January 2020 to September 2021. From October 2018 to February 2021, Mike was self-employed at M SQUARED PROPERTIES LLC. Mike also has a long tenure at ExamSoft, where they were the Head of Accounting and Finance from July 2000 to April 2018. In this role, they played a key role in expanding the company and managing accounting operations.

Mike Patterson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.
