Ryan Speaker

Ryan Speaker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan started their career as a Specialist at Apple in 2007, delivering exceptional customer service and eventually getting promoted to Expert. In 2013, Ryan became the Owner/Operator of Pretty Good Mowing & Trimming, where they successfully managed all aspects of the business. Ryan then transitioned to Event Farm in 2016, initially serving as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and later becoming the Director of Customer Support. During their time at Event Farm, Ryan implemented several initiatives to improve customer support, including building a new knowledge base and creating a process for proactive communication between customer-facing and engineering teams. In 2020, Ryan joined Animalz, where they held various roles such as Customer Operations Manager, Director of Customer Operations, and Director of Customer Success. Most recently, in 2024, Ryan became the Customer Support Team Lead at Virtru.

Ryan Speaker received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Colorado State University in 2009.
