Nick Schultz

Nick Schultz has a strong background in financial operations and compliance. Nick is currently working as a Regulatory Operations Principal at Virtu Financial since May 2022. Before that, they served as the Managing Director - Head of Operations at Exos from May 2021 to April 2022. Prior to Exos, Nick held the position of Managing Director - Strategic Operations - Securities at StoneX Group Inc. from June 2020 to May 2021. Nick gained extensive experience during their tenure at Clearpool Group, where they held multiple roles including Senior Managing Director, Head of Broker Dealer Operations; Chief Operating Officer at Clearpool Execution Services, LLC; and Board of Directors, Registered Representative at Clearpool Execution Services (Canada) Limited. Before joining Clearpool Group, Nick was a Managing Director at Knight Capital Group from June 2008 to November 2013, and they also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Knight Direct, LLC; Edgetrade, LLC; and Direct Trading Institutional, Inc. Additionally, Nick has trading experience from their time at Brown & Company and worked as an Investment Executive at Southwest Securities, Inc. in 1997.

Nick Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from the University of Arkansas. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the New Entrants Course and Principals, Directors, and Senior Officers Course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), as well as Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 55, and 63 from FINRA. Nick has also completed the Trader Training Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
