Mark Louter, MBA has a wide range of professional experience. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Judo teacher at Budoclub Hajime. In 2010, they became a Physical Education Teacher at Stichting Bijzonderwijs, followed by a Senior Account-Executive role at David Lloyd Leisure in 2012. In 2013, Mark joined Virtuagym as a Sr. Director Support & Customer Success, Sr. Director Mid Market Sales, and Sr. Director SMB Sales. In 2020, they moved to Lightspeed Commerce as a Director Launch and Professional Services EMEA, Sr. Manager Onboarding EMEA, and Manager Customer Success EMEA, where they led the onboarding team across EMEA and successfully onboarded 1000+ customers a month in 5 different languages on their mix of retail and hospitality commerce solutions. In 2022, Mark returned to Virtuagym as Chief Revenue & Customer Officer and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Mark Louter, MBA has an education history consisting of four degrees. In 2003, they obtained an Associate Degree in Sports and Teaching from Nova College. From 2007 to 2010, they obtained a BS in Physical Education from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. From 2010 to 2012, they obtained a BS in Business Management from the same university. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they obtained an MBA from NCOI Opleidingen.
