Daniel Tenzer is a qualified Credit Risk Actuary and Data Scientist with over 15 years of experience in financial services, audit, credit risk, telecommunications, and financial modelling. Currently serving as a Consulting Actuary and Data Scientist at Virtual Actuary, Daniel previously worked for Deloitte South Africa, Vodacom, Nedbank, and others, where they built complex financial and credit models and provided valuable insights to improve business outcomes. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Mathematical Statistics, as well as a Bachelor of Science Honours in Advanced Mathematics of Finance, both from the University of the Witwatersrand. They are also an Associate Member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
