Michelle Rodriguez is VCT’s Human Resource Specialist. She brings over ten years plus in Administrative and Human Resource Support. Prior to joining VCT in 2016, she was an Accounting Specialist for 12 years. Michelle attended Syracuse University completing Human Resource Fundamentals and is currently working on her Professional of Human Resource (PHR) certifications.
