Ashley B. has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 at the 4R Restaurant Group where they worked in customer service until 2018. In 2017, they joined LaBella Intimates & Boutique as a social media specialist and shipment coordinator before moving on to roles as an intern at the American Association of Christian Counselors and a client specialist at J.Crew in 2018.

In 2019, Ashley gained experience as a social media and guest relations intern at Earl Enterprises.
