Jamil Goheer

Jamil Goheer has been involved in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2005. In that year, they founded Kraysis and served as its CEO, leading the company to win the Best Startup in Pakistan by P@ASHA and Best Startup in Asia Pacific by APICTA awards. In 2009, they became a Research Fellow at The Foundation for Development Cooperation and an Adjunct Faculty Member at Suleman Dawood School of Business, Lahore University of Management Sciences. Jamil also co-founded Kualitatem Inc., Virtual Force, and CoVenture in 2009, 2011, and 2011 respectively. In 2018, they became a Board Member of MediCheck AB. In 2022, they were appointed as a Board Member of the EC for Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) and a Board Member of the CEC for Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA). Most recently, in 2019, they became an Investor for YourPDi.

Jamil Goheer has a diverse educational background. Jamil started their educational journey in 1996 when they completed their A Levels from Keynesian Institute of Management and Sciences. Jamil then went on to complete their BS in Computer Science from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2002. In 2003, they completed their MSC in Computer Science/Information Systems from Lahore University of Management Sciences. In 2005, they obtained their CISA-ISACA certification from Information Systems Audit and Control Association. In 2008, they completed their IGCBP from Diplomacy Foundation. In 2010, they completed their Mosaic Leadership Program from University of Cambridge. Most recently, in 2019, they completed their Directors Training Program - Public Entities from Lahore University of Management Sciences, with a focus on Enhancing Board Effectiveness.
