Tracy Lam

Tracy Lam has a wealth of experience in client acquisition and quality assurance. Tracy began their career in 2010 as a QA Engineer at Upwork, where they were responsible for reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents, creating test plans and cases, and estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities. In 2012, they joined Tribridge, where they served in three roles, Senior Technology/QA Manager, Senior QA Manager, and QA Consultant. In 2016, they moved to Kualitatem Inc., where they held the role of Senior Technology & Client Acquisition Manager. In this role, they were responsible for marketing the company's products and services to prospect businesses and high-net-worth clients, identifying opportunities for marketing services, performing administrative follow-ups to resolve clients' problems, meeting with specialists to discuss technical products, performing consulting about mergers and acquisitions, researching potential client's portfolio and industry, forecasting business cases, and building business-to-business partnerships with clients. Most recently, they have been with Virtual Force Inc. since 2018, where they serve as Client Acquisition Manager.
