Mike Dakin

Mike Dakin has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1987. Their first role was as CEO of ETHANY Corp., where they were responsible for developing and implementing systems for a variety of business processes. In 1989 they joined Patton Consulting, Inc. as an Oracle Programmer/Analyst, where they were responsible for programming the COMputerized Management System, COMMS 40. In 1991 they joined Xerox Corporation as a Technical Project Lead, where they developed a system to manage the Invention to Patent business process and implemented a tool to enable the Xerox Customer Service Support Center to monitor on an ongoing basis the effectiveness of RCA being provided to customers. Also in 1991, they joined Service Infosystems, Inc. as an Oracle Consultant, where they assisted in the application conversion of the SIS Service Call Management module from Oracle Versions 5.0 to 6.0 on VAX/VMS and SUN servers.

Mike Dakin attended Nazareth College from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Informational Science.
