Daniel is also a Co-Founder of Atlantic Neuromodulation Solutions & Rehabilitation (ANSR), a network of psychiatric clinics that offer innovative treatments for mental wellness and recovery.

Additionally, Daniel is a Co-Founder of Sleep Life Inc., where they are involved in developing solutions related to sleep health. Daniel is a member of the e-Health Committee at Doctors Nova Scotia. In their private practice, Daniel works as a Psychiatrist, providing personalized care to patients. Daniel also has experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Medaca Health Group.

Prior to their current roles, Daniel served as a Psychiatrist in the Canadian Forces Health Services. Daniel brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their various positions, contributing to the improvement of mental healthcare.

Daniel R. began their educational journey in 2000 at the University of Manitoba, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in General Studies in 2003. Daniel then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the same university from 2003 to 2007. Following this, Daniel R. joined Dalhousie University from 2007 to 2013 to complete a Psychiatry Residency Program, earning the FRCPC degree. Concurrently, they also pursued a Master's degree in Community Health and Epidemiology from Dalhousie University, which they achieved from 2010 to 2012.
