Sadik K. has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Sadik started their career at Reliance General Insurance in 2007, where they worked as a Risk Manager and then as a Relationship Manager. Sadik also worked for Universal Sompo General Insurance as a Zonal Manager for Risk Management and Commercial Underwriting.

Later, Sadik joined ACE Gallagher Arabia Insurance Consultants as a Senior Consultant, where they conducted risk surveys, calculated EML/PML, and prepared quality survey reports. Sadik also reviewed policies and analyzed claims.

After that, they worked at Tawuniya as a Risk Control Engineer and at virtual i as a Senior Risk Engineer, specializing in InsurTech risk assessment. Currently, Sadik is a Senior Risk Engineer at Zoom Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd.

Sadik K. has a diverse education history. In 2010-2012, they attended Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. In 2003-2007, they studied at the Institute of Engineering & Science, IPS Academy, Rajendra Nagar, A.B. Road, Sita Building, Indore and earned a B.E. degree in Fire & Safety.

Additionally, Sadik K. has obtained several certifications in various areas. In 2022, they completed a Diploma of Education in Chemical Process Safety from Alison. Sadik has also obtained certifications such as the Certified Fire Inspector I (CFI) from NFPA, Certified Life Safety Specialist from NFPA, and various other certifications related to fire safety, risk assessment, warehouse safety, and property and liability risk management.

In terms of additional qualifications, Sadik K. has completed the Industrial Risk Inspection- Methods & Reporting course from the Insurance Institute of India in 2020, and the Licentiate Examination from the same institute in 2018. Sadik also holds an Insurance Foundation Certificate Exam from The Institute of Finance (IoF) in 2016.
