James Gary

James Gary is the Co-Founder and CEO at Virtual Incentives. James has over 20 years of experience in the corporate sales and supply chain management industries.

Gary started their career as a supply chain analyst at Ford Motor Company in 1998. James then became the LATAM Channel Manager at Pentair before moving to AT&T in 2001. At AT&T, Gary oversaw global corporate sales for four years until they left to start their own company, GlobeTrend Technologies, in 2005.

Gary successfully ran GlobeTrend Technologies for two years until it was acquired by BCDR Solutions in 2007. James then went on to found MedMatics, which they ran until it was acquired by The Linde PLC LIN (NYSE) in 2009. After a brief stint at mdINR, Gary co-founded Virtual Incentives in 2011 and has been CEO ever since.

James Gary has a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a Master's Degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Saint Louis University.
