Pedro S. has had a 15-year professional career in Information Technology. From 2022 to present, they have been working as an IT Projects specialist for USA Technologies, Inc. In 2019, they worked as an IT Project Manager for Virtual Intelligence Providers, LLC in Houston, TX. During the same year, they were also the Director of Administrative Modernization and Digital Government for Alcaldía CDMX. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Coordinator of the Cisco Networking Academy and the Director of Information Technology and Telecommunications for IEMS. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Director of Information Systems, Development and Telecommunications for ASAMBLEA LEGISLATIVA DE DISTRITO FEDERAL. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Director of the Information System for Secretaría de Turismo del Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, where they modernized technological processes to make national and foreign tourist goods and services efficient. Pedro also updated the infrastructure of computer goods and services and was part of the Informatics Commission and technical opinion team to Standardize the Policy for the use of IT Goods and services for Mexico City.

Pedro S. began their education at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, studying Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica. In 2002, they began studying at the Centro de Investigación en Computación CIC, also at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Pedro also took a course at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Phronesis digital libraries IPN and TEC between 2002 and 2003. In 2014, they obtained a certificate in Good Corporate Governance Practices IT - ISO/IEC 38500 from Inttelmex IT. In 2016, they took a course in Internet of Things Connecting Things 2.0.1 at the Cisco Networking Academy. Pedro also obtained a Certificate Cisco Voice and Unified Communications (ICOMM) from Cisco in 2012, and a ISO 38500 Corporate Governance in IT and Good Practices from Inttelmex IT. In 2017, they took a course in IT Essential Cisco-Netacad at the Cisco Networking Academy, and in 2019 they took a course in Cybersecurity at the Cisco Networking Academy.
