Peter Verhey is a Cardiothoracic Radiologist who currently serves as the Clinical Chief of Cardiothoracic Imaging at vRad and has been a prominent figure at Verhey Radiology Prof. LLC since 2009. They also held the position of Diagnostic Radiologist at Reno Diagnostic Centers from 2017 to 2021 and previously worked as a Physician Consultant at CR Bard. In addition to their extensive clinical experience, Peter is an Associate Professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where they engage in medical school lectures and student mentoring. Peter earned a B.S. in Biology and History from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, an M.D. from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, and completed a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Radiology at Oregon Health and Science University.
