Michael A Cooper

Michael A Cooper has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Michael A started their career at Discover Card as a Level 2 NOC Center Technician and Support, providing technical support and troubleshooting for vendors. Michael A then worked as a Noc Technician II at PC Mall Services before transitioning to TEKsystems as a Windows System Administrator.

After that, Michael joined Vertiv Co as a Windows System Admin, where they handled domain-to-domain migration of Windows Servers. Michael A moved on to LBrands as an Associate Systems Engineer, responsible for maintaining and deploying infrastructure for various brands. At Fusion Alliance, they served as a Senior Systems Engineer, handling a domain migration project.

Michael then joined The GAP as a Systems Engineer, working in a hybrid environment and implementing various monitoring and workflow systems. Michael A continued their Systems Engineer role at Vernovis before joining Portainer.io as a Product Engineer.

Currently, Michael is working at TEKsystems as a Systems Engineer, providing support for a large enterprise and specializing in Kubernetes, Linux, Kubernetes Cluster Deployments, and Specialty Networks.

Michael A Cooper pursued their education from 1989 to 1991. During this period, they attended Florida Career College, where they obtained an Associates degree in Computer Science. Their field of study comprised Computer Science and Business Accounting. Additionally, in November 2015, they earned a certification in Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute.
