Nick Theodore is the Founder & CEO of Virtual Store Trials, where Nick has developed retail solutions using technology, research methodologies, data science, and machine learning to help grocery brands and retailers succeed with shoppers. Prior to that, Nick founded WARM PENGUINS LTD, selling sustainably sourced bobble hats made from extra-fine merino wool. Nick's experience includes being a Senior Client Director at dunnhumby, where Nick led a team to help various categories become more customer-focused using Tesco Clubcard data. Nick also led operations in Japan and held various leadership roles in Asia. Additionally, Nick served as the Managing Director at Thru the Grapevine. Nick studied Business Management at the University of Surrey from 2005 to 2008.
