Phil Bickler

Phil Bickler is an experienced operations and IT professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Director of Information Technology at Virtual Supply since May 2019, Phil focuses on management and process improvement initiatives. Previously, Phil held the position of Director of IT and Warehousing Management at BCFoods, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2019. Phil's earlier roles include diverse leadership positions in information systems at Ace Distribution Services, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from developing operational efficiency solutions to managing network infrastructure. Phil also has experience in reverse logistics, having successfully managed logistics for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Phil began a career in the industry as a partner in a home repair business and as a warehouse supervisor, providing a strong foundation in operations management.
