Cam Varner

Cam Varner is the President of Recruiting Solutions. Since joining the company in 2012, he has also served as the Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, and Business Development Manager. Under his leadership, Recruiting Solutions has opened new locations, created new service lines, expanded services to more than 10 states, tripled in size and experienced consistent year-over-year top line growth. Cam is a graduate of Clemson University. Prior to joining Recruiting Solutions, Cam spent time working in economic development and automotive manufacturing.

Cam currently serves on the Senior Resources Board of Directors and is an active member of the CentralSC Alliance, Florence County Progress, Greenville Area Development Corporation, Greenville Chamber of Commerce, Greenville Society for Human Resource Management, Lexington Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Staffing Association, United Way and Temporary Services Insurance Ltd.
