VirtualBoard - Leveraged Wisdom for Entrepreneurs

VirtualBoard offers entrepreneurs the ability to leverage the power of a peer group to maximize the value of their most important asset. We are the first to offer peer groups exclusively focused on preparing for, negotiating and buying or selling a business. VirtualBoard is further unique in offering three levels of membership based on your interests and needs.

Leveraging the founder’s lifetime of experience with the world’s largest peer group organizations working with entrepreneurs, business owners, CEOs and high net worth investors, we recognized the need for unbiased, peer-group support as they grow beyond management and leadership and begin to think about ownership and their equity. Based on a widely accepted peer-learning model, we have enhanced it with diagnostics, strategic plans and the most recent social networking and web based knowledge management tools.

VirtualBoard is a unique process for business owners who are:

 - looking for ways maximize the value of their business
 - need to think about their business as an asset
 - not imminently selling their business
 - they need a medium to longer term exit game plan

The single most important business activity an owner will undertake after growing their business is eventually selling or transitioning from their business. For advice, many rely on paid professionals often selected through referrals from well meaning friends or colleagues.
