Scott Kindsvater

Scott Kindsvater is a retired Lieutenant General of the USAF and a seasoned corporate executive, board advisor, and strategic consultant. With over 32 years of military experience, including 10 combat deployments, Scott held various executive leadership roles, most recently as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Intelligence at NATO. Currently, they serve as President of Kindsvater and Associates, LLC, while also participating on multiple advisory boards for organizations across various sectors. Scott's extensive education includes a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the United States Air Force Academy and ongoing studies at The United States Army War College.
