Saurabh Doshi has a wealth of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Saurabh began their career in 2005 at Bank of America as an Investment Banking Analyst. In 2006, they joined Reliance Broadcast Network as Head of Business Development, where they received the CEO's Best Employee of the Year award in 2007. In 2010, they moved to Star TV Network as GM of Strategy & BD (Platform & Channel Partnerships for Content Monetization). From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Vice President & Business Head of Digital & New Media at Viacom18 Media Private Limited. In 2021, they were appointed Chairperson of the Asian Academy Creative Awards. Most recently, in 2022, they founded Virtualness, a platform for customized experiences, individual identities, personalized expressions and new forms of commerce.
Saurabh Doshi completed their MBA in Investment Banking from S P Jain School of Global Management in 2005. Saurabh obtained their Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2002. Saurabh also obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata in 2000. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco School from 1985 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in September 2021, is a Charter Member of TiE Silicon Valley, and is a UK Global Tech Talent with Tech Nation.
