Dan Stutzman

Dan Stutzman is an experienced infrastructure engineer currently employed at virtualQ since March 2017, focusing on DevOps and system administration on AWS and OpenStack, alongside development in Rails and JavaScript. Prior to this role, Dan worked as a private tutor for computer science undergraduates and tutored students at RefactorU. Dan has also held positions as a software engineer at Hapara, where a horizontally scalable big data analytics pipeline was developed, and as an instructor at DaVinci Coders, providing a web development bootcamp course. Earlier experience includes working as a software consultant at Quick Left, freelance web and iOS development, and several roles at Rosetta Stone, where various applications and solutions were created for audio corpora management. Dan's education includes a B.A. in Music Performance from Eastern Mennonite University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
