Cathie So, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and machine learning, currently serving as a Co-Organizer at 852dev.xyz, a non-profit community for Hong Kong developers focused on Web3. In addition to multiple advisory roles, Cathie is a Technical Lead at Optymize and holds a position as Chief Scientist at ORA. With a strong academic foundation that includes a PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience from The University of Hong Kong and multiple degrees in Computer Science and Physics from the University of Southern California, Cathie has contributed to significant projects, including zkMachineLearning at the Ethereum Foundation.
