Sean Beck

Sean Beck began their work experience in 1992 as a Middle School Teacher at Waukegan Public Schools, where they taught English, History, and Health education. Sean then joined IBM in 2001 and held various roles including IBM Global Services Contracts Professional, Networking Services Sales Leader, and Senior Client Executive in the Healthcare and Retail industries. In 2014, Sean joined IBM's Smarter Workforce team, specializing in SaaS solutions for Talent and Workforce management collaboration and communication. In 2016, they joined Virtucom, Inc. as a Business Development Executive, focusing on providing IT and service solutions to public and private schools and districts.

Sean Beck's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Masters of Education and a degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained between 1988 and 1991. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Johns Northwestern Military & Naval Academy from 1984 to 1987. Furthermore, Sean went on to pursue a Masters of Education in Secondary Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1993.
