Daniel Hiley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daniel began their career at Manchester United as a Helpdesk Technician, where they provided first line fixes for desktops, laptops, and printers. Daniel also managed consumables and assets. Following this, they worked as an IT Technician at Leigh Primary School and then as a Senior IT Technician at Mossley Hollins High School.

In 2011, Daniel joined Capita IT Enterprise Services as an IT Engineer, responsible for various IT support tasks. Daniel then transitioned to SCS ITS in 2013, where they served as a Technical Engineer, covering all aspects of IT support, including Windows server/desktop support and AV installations and cabling.
