Radhika Panday

Radhika Panday is a seasoned professional in client experience management, currently serving as the Manager of Client Experience at Virtuo since June 2020, where previous positions included Home Concierge Team Lead, Home Concierge, and Concierge Support. Radhika has a solid foundation in supervisory roles from Calgary Co-op, where responsibilities included overseeing invoices and employee scheduling from November 2012 to June 2020. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) earned between 2016 and 2019, and an earlier education at SAIT and Cochrane High School, where Radhika graduated with a high school diploma in 2013.
